Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a person designated by him takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notification (email or contact form) before the expiry of the 14-day period.

2. Return conditions

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

The customer may open the packaging to check the product, but may not damage it or use it in a way that would diminish its value.

The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the seller has previously communicated that he will bear these costs.

The seller may reduce the amount of the refund if the returned product shows signs of wear or damage.

3. Refund of amounts

The seller will refund all amounts paid by the customer (the price of the product and, if applicable, the cost of standard delivery) within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The refund may be postponed until the product is received back or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the product.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer requests another method.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following types of products cannot be returned:


  • sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed;

  • customized products or products made to customer specifications;

  • products that may deteriorate or expire quickly;

  • products that have been used to an extent that leads to a significant diminution in value.

5. Return procedure

To return the product, the customer must:


  1. to send the withdrawal notification within the legal deadline;

  2. to send the product back within a maximum of 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal;

  3. ensure that the product is properly packaged for transport.

The seller will send the exact address to which the products must be returned upon confirmation of the return request.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

If the product received has manufacturing defects or does not comply with the description, the customer has the right to:


  • product repair,

  • product replacement,

  • or full refund of the amount paid.

The customer must notify the seller of the non-conformity within a reasonable time after discovering it.

In the event of a defective product, the costs of return, repair or replacement are borne by the seller.

7. Terms and communication

All requests for returns, exchanges or complaints must be submitted in writing, and the seller will respond within a reasonable time.

The customer will be informed by email or phone about the status of the return and refund.
